I have a room available! The apartment is located at Nutwood East Apartments and it is a two-bedroom apartment. Rent should be $350 per person or if you want your own room, it'll be $550 per month. The place is really convenient, considering the fact that all the lecture halls of Cal State Fullerton are 5-10 minutes away. It just depends on how fast you walk aha. The apartment is furnished and there is a lot of closet space available. I'm not usually around, because I go back to LA from Thursday-Sunday nights (my job). My roommate, Tiffany, and I are not really looking for anyone specific. We don't really care if you have a pet or if you like to party a lot. The only thing we are concerned about is that you need to be financially stable. Let me know if you're interested and feel free to ask any questions!
